    We process orders on a daily basis so we can not guarantee that we will be able to change or cancel your order once the order has been confirmed and paid.

    If you realise you have made a mistake and it is BEFORE 1pm you must call us on 02380 986930 or 07854734196 and we can try to amend. If it is after 1pm please email us at and we will pick this up ready for the following working days dispatch.

    We do offer a full refund on returns provided they are in unused and re-saleable condition but unfortunately, we are unable to refund the cost of returning to us should you decide that you do not want an order after it has been dispatched. We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.

    We will always email you a VAT receipt as part of your confirmation invoice and attach a VAT invoice to your package.

    If you misplace this and need a further copy, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will forward a copy to you within 24 hours. Please email us and quote your order number or surname on the order.

    We take every possible precaution to ensure you receive your order exactly as placed however we are only human and unfortunately a very small percentage of orders may have a discrepancy. In this instance please CONTACT US we will immediately dispatch the correct item or if your event date is too close we will refund you.


    We use high quality packaging and expect your items to arrive in perfect condition however in the unlikely event your items arrive damaged please CONTACT US and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please note we may ask you to forward a photo of the fault in order to process your exchange/refund.


    If you are having trouble making payment for any reason, please call us on 02380 986930 or 07854734196 and we can take a manual payment over the phone. Please ensure you have the correct billing address to match the card you are making payment from or your card will be declined.

    We hope that you love the items that we send to you but in the event that you wish to return to us we will happily help.

    In the first instance, please either email us on or call us on 023 8098 6930 / 07854734196 and we can advise you of the next step. If there is a fault with your item you may be asked to send a photo over to us.

    We do not offer an exchange service, you will need to re-order any alternative items and return the correct items to us for a refund.

    Goods must be received back to us within 28 days from order date and in good resellable condition.



    All items are in stock unless it states on the item page 'OUT OF STOCK', our system will not allow you to add to your basket if this is the case.

    In the unlikely event of a stock error we will contact you within 24hrs to advise you of this. We receive deliveries most days so if your items are due in we may contact you to advise of a delay and you will be able to either cancel or wait. If we can not fulfill your items a full and immediate refund will be given.

    I am afraid at present we can only accept order for items we hold in the warehouse ready for shipment.

    Yes we will happily match any price you can find with other online retailers. We are committed to giving you the best value so if you have found the items elsewhere at a lower cost we will honour a discount.

    To qualify, the following conditions must be met;

    Items must be from an online registered companyItems must be full price and not be on special offer, sale or part of liquidated stockItems must be identical in every way including visually, size and brandItems must not be used or second handItems must not be on sale via an online market place such as eBay or Amazon

    If you have already received your good we will honour the price match provided you contact us within 14 days of the order date.

    We will always try to ensure our prices are lower or at least consistent with our online marketplace items.

    We also offer a wider selection of party goods and because we are in full control can offer many discount codes and special offers that we could not otherwise. We would always recommend purchasing direct for a better service, we have many people that come to us to help with emergency orders due to non arrivals via the most popular marketplaces.


    Our daily cut off time for same day dispatch is 1pm so if we receive your order prior to this time it will be dispatched that day. We dispatch every day Monday to Friday so if you miss this cut off your items will be dispatched the following morning.

    In normal times the advice below applies but during this Covid Pandemic please expect at least a week for delivery due to issues arising from Covid.

    This is entirely dependent of your chosen postage method. We dispatch every day so even our slowest postal method of RM48 should be with you within 3-4 working days. We offer everything from 1pm Next Day Delivery to RM48 (business equivalent of second class)

    We offer click and collect on all orders of partyware and helium balloons from our click and collect counter in store. You can find us at;

    If you are local or visiting the area and would like to take advantage of this service, please select this option at checkout and once we receive your order we will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

    We prefer business hour collection but are able to hand over your items up until 9.30 pm with prior arrangement.


    Our payment options are visible at the bottom of all web pages. At present we can process payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and Amazon Payments. We accept Google Pay and Apple Pay instore.

    If you have any problems making payment or would like to pay over the phone, please call 02380 986930 or 07854734196. If we can not take a payment at that moment we will take your details and call you back as soon as we can.

    We constantly check our prices against our competitors and we will happily price match our items against other online retailers. We are committed to giving you the best value so if you have found the items elsewhere at a lower cost please email the URL of the item to us at; and we will review and advise you.

    For a successful price reduction the following criteria must be met;
